     Checks (return check fee $30 plus bank fee)

At this time we do not participate with any dental or medical insurance plans.  As a courtesy, our office  will send claims to your insurance carrier which will reimburse you directly for any covered services according to your specific plan.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if you have not received a response from your insurance carrier within that time frame.

 

As a service to our patients we offer CARE CREDIT as an additional financing option.  This credit account is used specifically for health care expenses.  Care Credit offers 3-18 months of interest free financing if you qualify.  Please do not hesitate to ask us any questions that you may have.
